Starts Jan 22nd 2026
Our Foundations of Recovery program is designed to give you a jumpstart into recovering your heart from shame and trauma through learning the fundamental principles and skills that will lead to healing and lasting change. The format of of this group is a 6 week intensive course for 2+ hours per meeting and is lead by trained therapists. The group is Co-ed and with individuals and couple's participating in the classroom portion with separate breakouts for men and women.
We have had immense success with group members finding the fulfillment and change they were looking for. This is in great part due to the members having an immediate commonality amongst them. We do our best to facilitate trust and safety from the onset. Group members are asked to commit to the process and contribute their best selves when participating. Strong ties of brotherhood and sisterhood have grown from our groups and you'll be surprised at the friends that you'll make in the process. It will give you a fresh perspective on your relationship and how to approach healing in the most optimal way.

I really loved how vulnerable and powerful the last class was. I left feeling empowered and excited for the future. The idea of "it’s not a secret anymore, it’s a story" gave me a much needed perspective shift. I also appreciated the personal experiences from all of the instructors.
The content and course structure were excellent. The instructors were all likeable and credible.
It truly helped us in our relationship so much. There were many things that we could use and apply already as we are navigating pur relationship. Thanks for making it available. Even though it was a big time commitment, I was sad when it was over. I felt like we got lots of great information over a broad scope. I also appreciated the break our groups. I fel like the womans was always very impactful. I knkw getting feedback from my husbands and rhe mens group that they needed a little more structure on days Tyler wasnt leading. He felt like it was more general conversation....how did your week go, instead of diving into deeper understanding od the concepts learned.
I got a lot of value out of the increase in closeness and communication between me and my spouse.
Thank you beyond words.
I liked the mix of therapists and perspectives. I liked the way things were presented. I gained new insights, even when it wasn’t new information.
On the call we'll discuss the process of our Foundations of Recovery program and how it can help you restore integrity after betrayal and combat shame from addiction or trauma. We'll use some time to get to know you and see if what we're offering makes sense for your situation.
