Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for this experience. Having the news of my spouses betrayal come at the retreat was such a blessing. I am so grateful to everyone for helping me through that very intense & confusing trauma. So so grateful to Amanda for taking the time to do an ART session with me, help me get my voice back, staying near & making sure I was taken care of after. Just have so much gratitude to have had a safe space to be broken, lifted, comforted, heard, & validated.

My experience was not what I anticipated but I'm realizing it was what I needed. I feel immense gratitude for the sincere efforts put into this experience to help me learn how to more fully heal myself. Thank you, sincerely!

I truly feel so grateful I got to be a part of this event. I have forever been changed by the progress I felt I made by the entire experience. Since I have been home, I have been so much kinder to myself and allow myself to just be human and not so hard on myself. I feel like I have gained some confidence in myself and reclaimed some of my power back in my marriage. I will continue to look at my journal and the notes I took to keep what I am feeling going and continue to better myself.

Thank you for all the time and hard work all of you did for us! I felt like a different person when I left. I know I was in the right place at the right time. God knew I needed this experience in my life. Thank you!
